WHAT IS COMMISSION
FEES?
A small percentage of the product is charged by the MEEGMA
to sell on their marketplace.
WHAT IS
COMMISSION/ PAYMENT GATEWAY FEES?
The Collection fee/Payment gateway
fees depends on the payment type chosen by the customer. It can be prepaid or
post paid. It is usually 2% of the amount of the final selling price of the
product( product price + shipping charge by customer).
HOW SHIPPING FEES
IS CHARGED?
It is based on the type of shipping you are using. There are 2 types of shipping is available for sellers:
· MEEGMA ship in which the seller stores and packs and MEEGMA deliver the product
· Seller ship- in which seller himself stores, packs and ships the product directly to the customer and he has to bear the shipping cost and the process of shipping.
Seller has pay a certain amount for shipping if he is using MEEGMA SHIP. If he is using SELLER SHIP, he does not have to pay for it. The fees also depend on the distance we are delivering and the weight of the product. Shipping fee is calculated on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) X Breadth (cm) X Height (cm)/5000
· LOCAL SHIPPING FEES: The shipping done by Meegma ship within the same city.
RE REGIONAL SHIPPING FEES: The shipping done by Meegma ship within the same state but different city.
NATIONAL SHIPPING FEES: The shipping done by Meegma ship nationally (in India).
TOTAL SHIPPING FEES= DISTANCE + FEES BASED ON THE ITEM WEIGHT(LIGHT OR HEAVY)

HOW AND WHEN THE
SELLER GETS PAYMENT?
PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH ONLINE BANKING IN THE ACCOUNT YOU HAVE PROVIDED IN YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT.
· When the customer makes the purchase the seller receive the funds in his seller account balance.
· MEEGMA holds the balance for 10 days, if your customers is satisfied with the product before releasing funds. Incase if there is any return, refund or exchange of product, within this 10 days it can be done.
· Once it is settled, you will get the amount(settlement value) in the bank account you have provided in your seller account within 5 working days.
SETTLEMENT VALUE=ORDER VALUE – MEEGMA FEE(COMMISSION,COLLECTION & SHIPPING) – GST(18% OF MEEGMA FEE)
