Return Policy Page


Return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. If item is shipped by Meegma, you don’t have pay for the return shipping charges. If it is shipped by third party, then the customer have to pay for the return shipping charges. The item for which return request is raised, should be in original condition as received, with all its label, tags, bill and warranty card(if any). No return, exchange shall be accepted if label, tags, warranty card is missing while return, or exchange of product. We will not be able to accept returns for damages for orders where out of the box inspection has been completed and delivered successfully. 

1.     Log into your account then go to orders. In orders, select particular product ordered where you can se the return option.

2.     Select the reason for which return is raised:

·       Exchange-this is only for the identical product of different size and color.

·       Replace-this is only id the product is damaged/broken/torn or incorrect item.

·       Refund-this is only possible when your product is unavailable or out of stock and you want your money back.

RETURN POLICY FOR ELECTRONIC ITEMS

Return within 10 days of date of delivery if item received is wrong, defective or incorrect. If it is damaged due to misuse or anything, then you have pat the restocking fee.

What if a customer returns too many products?

If we observe any customer is returning the products very frequency then we can flag your account so that you cant place return request for a certain amount of time or life long. And after being notified in the email, you keep on abusing our return policy, we can ban your account permanently.

What items can/cannot be returned?

Which product is returnable/ non- returnable is mentioned by the seller. Please read it before placing an order.

OUT OF THE BOX POLICY

In this policy, the customer will have unpack the delivered product infront of the delivery associate so that you can verify the order to ensure that the right product is being delivered to you. After your confirmation, the delivery associate will update the order as delivered and the out of the box status as successful. It is applied for products like electronic items, heavy items, food items, some personal use items, make up items, medicines, some all non returnable products, etc.

CANCELLATION

If the item is cancelled before dispatch then the customer don’t have to pay anything. If the item is cancelled after dispatch of an item/s, then the customer will have to bear the shipping charges.
