Meegma is a unique e-marketplace where you can sell your goods/supplies directly to buyers (B2B or B2C)around the world. We want to make sure that you and your buyers both get the best experience of buying and selling in our platform.

SELLER POLICY:

All seller must consider the following key points before opening a seller account:

Ø  You must have obtained all the necessary licenses and permits required for such sale before listing the products.

Ø  You should be legally able to sell the goods/services that are proposed to be listed on the panel

Ø  Provide accurate information to MEEGMA and our customers at all times. Act fairly and not misuse our platform.

Ø  Maintain customer information i.e name, address, phone number confidentiality.

Ø  Proposed Listed products should be infringed on intellectual property rights. Respect the intellectual property of others. If you feel someone has violated your intellectual property rights, you can report it to us

Ø  Do Not contact customers except through Buyer-Seller Messaging. Respond to Messages in a timely manner

Ø  Select the appropriate category and the listing will include only appropriate text description, graphics, pictures, and videos about your product. Accurately represent your items in listings and listing photos. Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings.

Ø  Do not create duplicate shops or take any other action (such as manipulating clicks, baskets or sales) for the purpose of shilling, manipulating search or circumventing our policies

Ø  Do not list any of your single product/ article in multiple quantities across various categories.

Ø  Do not attempt to damage or abuse another Seller, their listings or ratings

Ø  Do not operate more than one selling account. If we find so, your account will be terminated permanently.

Ø  It is the responsibility of the seller to charge appropriate GST on the supplies initiated by the seller.

Ø  Do not attempt to circumvent the sales process

Ø  Do not attempt to influence customers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews.

Ø  HSN code details are required for every listing, in case the HSN code is not provided by the seller, the listing will get delisted.

Ø  The generation of complete and accurate is the sole and primary responsibility of the seller. Provide honest, accurate information to MEEGMA and in your about section. By listing a product for sale on MEEGMA you understand and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale, including any required labels and warnings. Meegma assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labelling, or content of your listings.

Ø  If you are unable to complete an order, you must notify the buyer and cancel the order.

Ø  Honor your dispatch and processing times. Sellers are obligated to dispatch an item or otherwise complete a transaction with a buyer in a prompt manner, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. Please be aware that legal requirements for dispatch times vary by country

Ø  Honor the commitments you make.

WHO CAN SELL ON MEEGMA?

Anyone willing to sell above the age of 18 years can sell on our platform. Minors are not eligible to sell on this platform. Meegma reserves the right to terminate your registration and/or refuse you access to the Platform if it is brought to our notice or discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

 

SELLER ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION

If a Seller requests for the deactivation of the account, the account will be put on hold for a period of 90 days. After 90 days, the Seller required download the reports and request for a deactivation again. After receiving the information, the Seller’s account will be deactivated, there should be no outstanding payments due from the Seller. Such information is being retained for audit purposes and to prevent fraudulent acts by the Sellers in the future. If a Seller decides to commence his business with MEEGMA again, his/her older account can be restored for future use.

 

WHY SELLER ACCOUNT ARE SUSPENDED?

Ø  If we find out any information given by you is inaccurate or incomplete information.

Ø  More than one selling account.

Ø  Violating our policies.

Ø  Selling illegal goods/services.

Ø  Counterfeit/fake/prohibited products

Ø  Selling old/second hand products.

Ø  Copyright issues

Ø  If price is very high

 

HOW TO REACTIVATE YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT?

To reactivate your seller account, it is very important to understand the reason behind it. Just Log in to your Seller account, there will be a suspension notice and select appeal. Fill out the appeal form regarding the issue and write a letter to MEEGMA explaining why your account should be reactivated and it will never going to happen in the future. Meegma will verify the matter and if we are satisfied then your account will be reactivated within 5-6 days.
