Green Mustard Microgreen Seed (100- Gram)

Mustard Microgreens are one of the most flexible microgreens in terms of growth and nutrition. They mostly germinate in cool temperatures but grow fine with heat as well reaily from 10-20°C. Microgreen mustard seeds produce mildly spicy, tender, succulent microgreens that add mild horseradish flavour to salads and blends. A superb source of carotene and antioxidants, as well as a host of vitamins and minerals. Mustard microgreens are green in colour. MATURITY: 10-14 Days. HOW TO SOW: Collect clean soil mixed with manure in a container and spread seeds on the soil surface. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil and water immediately to make the soil damp. Expose the plant to sunlight after 2 days of germination and water regularly. Harvest in around 10-12 days, can vary according to requirement.
